Simple 10-minute Lessons for children ages 5-17 To build manners, confidence, and leadership at home

Raising Tomorrow’s Leaders...One Cup of Tea at a Time

Today’s world moves fast..and often forgets grace.
Children are surrounded by noise, urgency, and pressure to perform, but true leadership begins quietly at home.
At the Tea Time Learnings Society©, we believe leadership is shaped through small, daily Lessons: a kind word over tea, a respectful greeting, a calm response under pressure.
Miss Cynthia created this movement to bring manners, confidence, and faith back into everyday life...one simple conversation, one gentle moment, one cup of tea at a time.
Because when we teach refinement at home, we raise children who lead with grace wherever they go.
Join our Tea Time Learnings Society© to access step-by-step lessons, Tea Time Lesson Guides, and private resources designed for faith-filled families.

Most young men believe that etiquette classes are for “girls”. Miss Cynthia, through her creative delivery model, has been able to dispel that myth. She has delivered sessions in a mentoring program designed for young male teens. These teens spent 3 sessions with her, and although they went into the sessions thinking, “what is this about”, they came away excited about the classes. They have unanimously said, they were glad that they went through the sessions, and have even practiced what they learned. They enjoyed the experience because Miss Cynthia made them feel comfortable from the beginning, using some of her personal experiences to put them at ease.
Miss Cynthia has a permanent place in our program, not only because of her expertise in this area, but also because of her authenticity and openness with our group of young teens. She gets them hooked from the very first session, and they truly enjoy the experience. They have made statements like, “I am glad that I went through this, and went to the Gentleman’s Tea, because I never had tea before.” Another young man stated, “Now I have answers to questions about etiquette that I didn’t feel comfortable asking before.”
I am grateful to Miss Cynthia, for all of the quality time she spent with our young men. She met them where they were, and brought them along, and the results are phenomenal!
“I enjoyed the meditation time. I liked the “challenges” we had to do every night. It gave us the opportunity to work out what we were learning.”
“We had an open, honest, forum… It was raw and authentic. Miss Cynthia talked about things that affected our lives. It was a safe and non-judgement environment.”
“I liked the learning styles information. I like learning more about myself. I also liked learning more about leadership qualities.”
