These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tea Time Learnings Society© program and website, operated by The Refinement Studio LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any part of the program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Membership Access and Scope

• Tea Time Learnings Society© is an online membership program offering educational resources including video lessons, downloadable materials, guided sessions, and occasional live or virtual events.

• Access is granted to the subscriber and their immediate family only. Materials may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or resold.

• Member content is intended for educational, personal, and non-commercial use only.

2. Eligibility

• This program is designed for parents/guardians over the age of 18 who are enrolling themselves and their child(ren).

• Children’s participation must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

3. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly or annual basis.

• You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

• No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles, unless otherwise stated in a specific money-back guarantee.

4. Cancellation and Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms, including disruptive conduct or misuse of materials.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content (videos, PDFs, brand assets, graphics, and written materials) is the intellectual property of The Refinement Studio LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Community Guidelines

• You agree to engage respectfully with other members, Miss Cynthia, and program staff.

• Bullying, inappropriate language, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund.

• Comments or posts made in any community platform may be removed at our discretion.


7. Children’s Safety and Supervision

• Our program is not directed to children directly; parents are responsible for guiding their child’s participation.

• Parents must ensure that children:

           o Use the program in a safe, appropriate environment

           o Are supervised during live or recorded sessions

           o Follow household internet safety practices

• We do not collect data directly from children under 13. All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Technology Disclaimer

• While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee the availability or functionality of the platform due to internet, hosting, or technical issues.

• We are not responsible for loss of access due to your internet or device-related problems.

9. Limitation of Liability

• This program is educational in nature and makes no guarantees of behavior change or outcomes.

• You agree to use the content at your own discretion and risk.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from participation or reliance on program materials.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
